Die meisten Cookie-Banner die man heute sieht, haben nicht eine simple Ja\/Nein Auswahl, sondern verstecken das Nein in irgendwelchen Einstellungen \/ Cookie Settings. Das Landesgericht Rostock hat am 15.9.2020 das Urteil gef\u00e4llt, dass dieses Setup nicht DSGVO konform ist und Firmen die dieses Setup nutzen entsprechend gegen die DSGVO verstossen. Trotz diesem Urteil hat sich auf den Webseiten wenig getan. Die meisten Consent Banner verwenden immer noch dieses rechtswidrige Setup.<\/p><p>Nun geht die Datenschutzorganisation noyb.eu gegen diesen Zustand vor. Bereits jetzt wurden \u00fcber 500 Firmen angeschrieben und aufgefordert, dieses Setup innert 30 Tagen anzupassen. Wird der User-Consent nicht angepasst, wird noyb eine offizielle Beschwerde gegen diese Firmen bei den zust\u00e4ndigen Datenschutzbeh\u00f6rden einreichen.
