First of all we would like to thank everyone who has contributed to making it a great year for fusedeck. Your suggestions and proposals have helped us improve the product in many ways and add valuable new features. We are grateful for your support and look forward to continuing to develop fusedeck together in the future. A special highlight of the past year was the introduction of the plug-in engine, which will significantly shape fusedeck in the coming years.
Plugins lazy loading
Plugins are now only loaded in the browser when they are needed. This continues to save resources and allows for faster loading.
Plugin administration
This is sure to make the hearts of developers beat faster. As an administrator, you can now easily and clearly display all plugin keys (events, triggers, variables, etc.). It is also possible to delete them in this view if an error has occurred during development.
New plugins
fusedeck now offers the following new plugins in the plugin store:
Pinterest: easily and simply send events to Pinterest.
Cookiebot CMP: fusedeck can now be easily connected to Cookiebot’s CMP. This allows the tracking type to be easily adjusted according to consent.
Usercentrics: Like the Cookiebot plugin, this is also available for Usercentrics.
Dom-Manipulation Observer: With this plugin, changes within the page can be reacted to. A nice example is that a trigger should be triggered by a foreign modal. This makes it easy to track conversions that are difficult to measure.
Interaction Trigger: The Interaction Trigger allows for the recognition of various user behaviors, such as an exit intend. This plugin can be nicely combined with modals.
Every-X Trigger: This trigger allows for the further limiting of trigger firing. For example, it can be narrowed down to every week or every month.
