We are starting the new year with a small catalogue of report and plugin features. The first release in 2024 offers our users the following new features:
Dashboard with comparable time periods
Previously, individual reports could display the data of a period to be compared and thus enable the change to be analysed. This feature has now been applied to the dashboards, making it possible to view and analyse periods to be compared across several charts and data sets of different types.
Tile charts now also allow a comparison to be displayed and, in addition to the absolute value from the area to be compared, also show the relative change in per cent. As in tables, this is highlighted in colour and shows the trend with an arrow.
The results of a comparison in the individual report are now also available as an Excel and CSV download for further processing.
Plugins
- Reader Stats – The measurement of the read text now also takes into account the visibility of the text and thus enables more precise data.
- Sankey Report – Provides the display of a flow chart directly in the plugin.
- Conversion Tracking – For extended analysis, the conversion is saved in the session and thus enables the simple output of sessions and their conversions in reporting.
- Dynamic Content – Dynamic customisation of content on the landing page, based on the origin of the campaign.
- Content Modification – Universal customisation of website content with HTML and CSS code, as well as the insertion of additional elements as a Tag Manager action.
- Scroll Trigger – Provides a trigger for elements reached or missed by scrolling.
Usability improvements
Tag Manager
Icons in the workspace selection help to recognise conditions and restrictions.
Global workspaces can no longer be edited, thus preventing unintentional configuration errors.
Reports
Several hover effects and colour highlighting contribute to improved interaction with the reports and their categories. To improve the readability of the reports, the presentation of the report selection and the tables has been adapted both graphically and in the font. A new toggle interaction element makes it possible to expand and collapse all categories with a single click.
