We have been working on the caching mechanism and have improved that feature in the last couple of weeks. Most improvements we have been working on are in the backend and cannot be seen in the UI. For the rest of the year, we will continue on these kinds of improvements, before we start with a big story that will be a game changer for fusedeck, in the new year.
Cache warmer
To be able to always load your reports in a fast way, fusedeck will work the whole night. All reports are getting cached for two days back every night. This will make sure you have very fast access to your data the next day.
No tracking option
This may sound a bit strange coming from a tracking solution. But if you set an environment to “no tracking” no data will be tracked or stored. Doing so allows you to use fusedeck in a pure “tag manager only” mode. As no data is stored, no costs will be generated.
Faster UI
Reports are loading a lot faster now. We have optimized the data flow between client and server to achieve this. Especially when you are loading dashboard with lots of widgets, you will notice a big difference.
Bug fixes
We have been mainly working on the caching mechanism and on faster reports. But during this time, some smaller bugs were fixed as well.
