Features

Engagement tracking – detailed interaction measurements

With fusedeck®, not only are sessions, pageviews, clicks, and conversions measured, but also all interactions of a user with the elements of the website or campaign landing page. Popular aspects include on-page dwell time, scroll depth, hover movements, and active/inactive interaction with page elements.

In addition to a quantitative assessment, fusedeck® can also provide a qualitative assessment of the traffic sources, advertising media, and targeting used, leading to better budget allocation for campaigns and content creation for the website.

Analytics – create insightful reports based on raw data

Thanks to fusedeck®, there are no limits to the reporting of your tracking data. This is because any granular or grouped reports can be created at the raw data level and provided as tables, charts, heat maps or via API.

For a quick overview, fusedeck® offers a wide range of standard reports that can be customized.

Event and tag management for full data ownership

fusedeck® includes powerful tag management. The setup is based on industry standards such as selectors, triggers, events, and dynamic variables. This allows you to eliminate the problem of many silos on your platforms and to manage your data more efficiently from a single source.

fusedeck® tag management is compliant with all third-party providers in order to execute actions at the right time (e.g. trigger JS pixels, modify variables, or load modals), or to load only the tracking technologies consented to by the user in accordance with a consent management platform. In addition, fusedeck® is compatible with leading consent management providers and can even handle signals from the IAB TCF 2.0 framework.

Campaign optimization across all channels

With fusedeck®, all online marketing channels can be measured and optimized to better allocate your budget. In addition to measuring ad impressions, clicks, engagement, and conversions on fusedeck®’s proprietary technology stack, campaigns can also be measured at the ad group and publisher levels.

fusedeck® is therefore compliant with upstream and downstream ad servers, recognizes common campaign parameters, and thereby offers you more transparency at the supply side level.

Dynamic content adaptation for better performance

Dynamic content adaptation for better performance
Based on the interactions on your platform, fusedeck® allows you to target your customers on an individual basis and in real time using first-party data. Increase your engagement and conversion rates by automatically adapting content that interests your customers at that particular moment.

For example, personalized coupons can be displayed to returning visitors, or a whitepaper can be offered for download via modal/pop-up to particularly engaged users. Using A/B testing, you can identify the most appealing content for your entire target group with fusedeck® and thereby improve performance.

Audience management – recognize the interests of your customers

With the fusedeck® audience builder, you decide how your target group is defined and at what point data is transmitted to third-party providers. You can automatically categorize your custom audiences based on tracking events, triggers, and global variables and maintain them across sessions. Automated scoring allows you to identify particularly valuable target groups and address them in a dedicated manner.

In addition, target groups can be reached in a data-saving and interest-based manner at third-party providers such as Google / YouTube, Facebook / Instagram, and LinkedIn, activated on programmatic booking channels (programmatic advertising) or further processed in data management platforms (DMPs) such as TheADEX, Salesforce or Lotame.

Consent management

The fusedeck® consent management platform (CMP) meets the current GDPR / ePrivacy requirements and is able to obtain consent immediately or along the session journey at the right time. The tracking vendors and categories are freely configurable and can control tag management as a “turnstile” system.

The layout and design can be customized. In addition, the fusedeck® CMP automatically recognizes – depending on the country – whether consent, auto-consent, soft opt-in or hard opt-in must be applied.

CRM link

The fusedeck® platform can import or export data from or to your customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Popular use cases are, for example, logged-in users, targeting existing customers on-page or in campaigns. Equally, data from various silos can be merged (e.g. commerce marketplaces and booking platforms) to be compiled and activated in fusedeck® in the role of a customer data platform (CDP).

Powerful API

fusedeck® offers a powerful RESTful API that provides access to the entire platform. For example, tag manager settings, campaigns or reports can be automatically controlled or retrieved with third-party tools (e.g. BI tools). Using Python, Pandas, and Plotly, for example, data scientists can also access the live raw data.

Plugin Store

With the fusedeck® Plugin Store you have access to various functions to easily enhance your tracking set up. These plugins will decrease the amount of manual work for set ups like the facebook conversion API (CAPI), for rule-based modals, for mapping of strings, the set up of a consent management or for A/B tests for example.

We would be happy to show you how you can use fusedeck® for your business.
